Annual General Meeting (AGM) & Capacity Building
Every year, we organize an Annual General Meeting (AGM) where all stakeholders — including farmers, technicians, researchers, and administrative staff — come together to review the progress, share experiences, and align future strategies. Alongside the AGM, we conduct targeted training sessions and workshops focusing on advanced cultivation methods, pest and disease management, post-harvest processing, and entrepreneurship development in the mushroom sector.
